you choose to become more active in your gifted child's education, remember, you won't be alone.

key. Spend some time reading the material here. Follow the links. In a short amount of time you will learn the basics
of the gifted education system in Pennsylvania. That will automatically make you a more capable member of your child's
Gifted IEP team.
Parents must be involved in the Gifted IEP process. They are asked to approve the plan. If
you choose not to become involved at the beginning, or during the middle, you certainly will be at the end, when the
district asks you to approve their Gifted IEP.
